After identifying message overload in high-pressure dispatch environments, I developed and patented a human-centered AI framework that manages message lifecycle automatically. The system reduces cognitive burden by organizing, prioritizing, and cleaning up information—without removing user control.

Faced with slow, unclear DNS zone management in F5 XC, I led UX strategy as sole designer, translating complex NetOps needs into a risk-aware dashboard. By unifying zone overviews, separating Primary/Secondary details, and visualizing record types, I reduced cognitive load and enabled faster, confident operational decisions.

As FNPTT’s usability challenges began to impact responder trust and mission efficiency, I led a focused redesign of its core communication and map experiences. The new system streamlined interactions and improved situational awareness, reducing life-saving task time by 76%.
