Optimized DNS Zone Management in F5 Distributed Cloud Console for Faster Incident Resolution

Faced with slow, unclear DNS zone management in F5 XC, I led UX strategy as sole designer, translating complex NetOps needs into a risk-aware dashboard. By unifying zone overviews, separating Primary/Secondary details, and visualizing record types, I reduced cognitive load and enabled faster, confident operational decisions.
Designing for AI Product: Intelligent Messaging Management

Filed and patented on February 26, 2026 (US20250373577A1), this project originated from observing message overload in emergency dispatch systems during the FNPTT project. Recognizing that everyday users face similar cognitive burden, I designed a Human-Centered AI messaging framework that understands message intent, predicts informational lifespan, and progressively automates cleanup while preserving user control. The solution reframes messaging from passive storage into lifecycle-aware information management that reduces cognitive load and builds trust through transparent automation.
Enhanced FirstNet Push-to-Talk app: Improving usability in critical communication

The FNPTT app, used by first responders, faced usability issues that slowed life-saving missions. I led the redesign, refactoring the push-to-talk screen, enhancing maps, and removing redundant interactions. The new design improved communication, situational awareness, and cut time spent on rescue efforts by 76%.
